I find myself trying to stop eating so much lately, but I cant really help myself. How do I stop my appetite so I can lose weight?

5. Struggle for the first 72 hours. Cravings will taper down as you continue.

I dont eat any sugar/carbs or junk food for years and i still have to eat tons of food to not be hungry like an aushwitz survivor, i cant stay below mantainance but when i abuse caffeine and ritalin i can lose weight easily. If i added nicotine i would prob have no issues instead of metylphenidateSorry, I forgot to put in my post exactly why you're wrong.
Hunger is literally exaggerated by added sugars and processed ingredients. You will realize how easy it is to ignore hunger when it's not being controlled by junk food.
