Hey everyone, I need some real advice. I feel like I’m constantly being treated as if I’m ugly in real life even tho I’ve been trying my best to advance my looks for 2 years (gym 2 years, looksmaxxng 1 year) My close friends reassure me that I’m not ugly, but girls act the opposite, and it’s really starting to affect my confidence.
Girls never give me the time of day and even friends make me feel like I’m not heard sometimes or if I’m talking to a wall
For example, a girl told me she doesn’t date anyone from our school, just to then date this guy from our school. Situations like this make me feel blackpilled irl, and I don’t want to be that way anymore.
I want to know:
I’m looking for honest, actionable advice—no sugarcoating. Thanks in advance.

I want to know:
- How do I stop being treated this way
- How can I stop being blackpilled in real life and actually improve my chances socially/romantically?
- What steps can I take to look better, act better, and build real confidence that actually works?
