Go on tiktok go to comment sections that are a bunch of girls complimenting a pheno or feature u have. Post a picture. If there are multiple guys doing it there and there arent comments insulting or making fun of them below their posts you found the right place. Unless you are sub5 even then u will have a couple girls liking ur post. Follow these girls or the ones u find attractive. Start a NT convo. Usually these foids are from different countries so there will be no pressure. After that repeat and test your boundaries with every foid. Ngl very jestermaxx approach but it helped me understand women more and be less nervous around them without properly dating them or wasting resources.

i used to have the exact same problem and the reading method helped a lot. after a few days of reading loud ~30min daily the words would start to flow from my mouth without much effort. give it a try
