The realistic answer is by poisoning or harming yourself in some way, whether that be using beta blockers, SSRIs, alcohol, lobotomy or all of the above. It's very hard to undo insecurities, especially if you got them when you were younger, which by the time you're an adult are effectively permanent. No matter what anybody tells you, nothing will truly get rid of your insecurities if you can't move past them or just resolve them.
