No reason to stop just do it at the very least 1 time a day or whenever you feel like you have to. If you put a restriction on it in your brain likes it’s something bad your just gonna make yourself more depressed every time you do end up cooming that’s why no fap is so bullshit it’s just people guilt tripping themselves
