cant do reta cus of money gotta save it for test and family situation reasons I cant hide it my mom knows about bp track my purchases and knows about peptides and roids and I will be subject to severe punishments if I do it.

anyways what do I do I'm 19% bodyfat 145lb 5,10 16.5

i always end up eating 2800-2700 calories when my goal is 2000

even when I do binge its always with healthy foods pls help i overeat fruit and shit

I try to go on a calorie deficit and restrict but I cant stop thinking about food and I always cheat I tried diet soda gum etc Its just super intense.

maybe its my body tryna use its growth hormones tell me its trying to go and its all gonna go to height and muscle and frame and all this food will transform me into Safir

The way that helped me is have a set diet where I eat specific things every day, the same meals.

Then what I do is have a 200 calorie snack allowance which is my daily binge, I can eat whatever I want, fruit, donuts, it doesn't matter.

That way I get a bit of flexibility whilst sticking to a diet

You need to be in a calorie deficit obviously, but your telling us you can't maintain that. However your ALSO saying you can't buy anything to help you maintain that calorie deficit.

So you either need to learn self control (I'm not hating on you for bingeing on the cut, I personally have the exact same issue) OR hop on reta

200 calorie allowance allows you to have SOME fun in your diet, and not feel completely restricted.

Literally just get some fucking self control and stop eating, it's not that hard bro, just have some discipline

sugar diet underrated, speeds ur metabolism like crazy, I think some raw animal products should be added in tho

You don't even have that much to lose bro

Just stop being a bitch and letting yourself down, put the fucking fork down for 6 weeks, stop binging and just eat normal and in deficit and you'll literally hit your goal within 6 weeks

If you are struggling already, then just keep the deficit slow and low, and commit for longer

Left was start of 2026, right was start of April 2026.
So basically 4 month difference

That was by doing a 200-300 calorie deficit, with extra cardio, and 10k steps daily, and gym 5x a week.

eat carrots, cucumber, watermelon, they fill you a lot

i went down 17kgs in 3 months solely on diet coke and supplements, you just arent trying enough g
 
if youre 16.5 do NOT do a strong intense deficit. youll stunt all growth potential in the bones as well as the skull.

but if you really want to starvemax, then the best idea is drinking saline water. it will dehydrate and bloat the fuck out of you, but it keeps you full with practically 0 calories. you can also try eating dry shredded chicken breast unspiced, the experience will be so bad youll dread eatign anythn else for atleast 5 hours
 
Went from 65.4kg down to 53kg

I think u had more fat and more glycogen but I'ma say 130-125 I'll be lean not this lean but like the pic I showed my goal
