Idk how I'm addicted according to tests I am below average T. I can go a day or even a few days and ignore it but then like something triggers me I see and I jerk off a ton. And the cycle starts over.

I can't just jerk off every other day because as soon as I do it I am going to keep doing it until I physically can't feel my dick anymore and it hurts.

It's natural, animals do it all the time.

What works is:
1) infallible unless schizomaxxed: being in public/places where you can't beat your shit

2) Chad only: having so much sex you don't feel the need to self stimulate (over )

3) might be cope: being so busy you don't have time for it (doesnt work for me, I'll fap regardless even while doing what's keeping me busy)
