How to stop getting angry when foids reject me?

-I added a foid on Facebook. If she accepted, I would ask her out. She never accepted. It made me angry(I write about it here)

-Roastie rejected me and almost made me cry (I write about it here)

-Ph.d foid I had a huge crush on bought up her "boyfriend" (I write about it here)

-College grad. foid who works at smootie shop only talks when I talk to her

srs. How to stop getting angry/hurt by these rejections? Its fucking pissing me off.

I am MTN-HTN, 17% BF, degree in in finance/accounting , workout etc.

Now I am getting down to 14% BF to become Chadlite. If foids keep rejecting me after this weight loss, then ill be even more pissed off TBH

True, I am a loving person and so sometimes I get too emotionally attached to a foid. Like I may fantasize about being with a foid while walking around or working out. This causes me to get more stressed when a foid rejects me.

Guess next time, I won't get emotionally attached or form a fantasy with any foid unless they show explicit interest.
