if you’re doing a water fast then make sure you’re getting your electrolytes (magnesium, potassium, sodium,) and also in the correct ratio. You would have to look up the proper dose. If you’re doing a dry fast then i’m not sure you would need to supplement electrolytes although you may potentially require them. With a dry fast I believe you retain electrolytes better but don’t quote me on this.
