how to stop hating yourself and your looks?

honestly had this feeling for a very very long time and honestly I feel like it just gets worse and I’m feeling like I’m at an all time low.

Tbh I don’t look bad but just compared to everyone else I feel like a disgrace, not even that I just feel like I never belong.

Any tips to overcome this stuff?
