How to stop having nightmares every night?

Every night I dream men in suits arrest me and doctors give me painful shots in a laboratory.

Today I had a dream where my neighbor beat his dog with a bat and sacrificed kids in his basement. Its been 10 days straight of bizarre negative dreams.
