How to stop looking awkward on camera?

I have long arms and legs but whenever I move on camera I look awkward and unnatural as hell. Do any of you guys with lanky limbs know any tips on how to not look awkward (Btw I have already tried improving my posture, still looks weird on camera)

Yes I've been doing some calisthenics while at home (Gyms are closed due to Corona) but I have an decent chest build but skinny arms.

Maybe you're too tense? In addition to good posture make sure you're relaxed.
Maybe you're moving around too quickly, appearing nervous or agitated? Try to consciously slow down movements a little.
