how to stop mouth breathing at night

i've tried taping, nose strips, pillow under my chin and a combination of all of those but each time i wake up with a dry ass mouth.

This used to happen to but with proper mewing I started nose breathing in my sleep in like 4 months

either you havent been nose breathing long enough but tbh you just aren’t taping your mouth shut hard enough

Chinstrap thing helped me a lot. Just get a properly sealed mew, force your mouth to stay shut with the chin strap(maybe tape too but I dont find it nessecary), and use a nose strip on top if you still have trouble breathing when mewing.
