Actually bruh just don’t eat anything but red meat and workout like a freak like mike menzer fuck ppl go in there load up 225 and squat till ur legs give up drop it do it 2 more times and u good, just an example, people think to much about shit like this just only eat meat get your vitamins for gummies and supplements and dominate
It’s also diet and training which is true but it can also be eat a shit ton of meat make sure ur still getting healthy nutrients like vitamins shit u don’t get from me and max out it’s also a lot cheaper than a diet
