How to stop procrastinating

I will keep it vague as to keep advice clear cut as possible

However a subject which really matters to me and is really important I always push off for sm reason like a fucking pussy


How can I just crack on with doing this big job cuz there’s plenty to do, just never get started on it

Mainly cuz I’d rather spend my money elsewhere to cope but honestly i need to actually put all my resources to this job

Imo, its all physical. If one has sleep apnea, autism, fucked up body in general then it will be impossible to do any tasks without caffeine or something.

I did, I need to get back on roids and cruise mt2 to change pheno and I’m back to square 1. This year has fucked me over more so than any prior year tbh
