how to stop scratching face

So i don't really get crazy amounts of acne but if I get even the smallest pimple I can't stop scratching my face until I get scarring or start to get even more acne. I also pick at my face a lot.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Its just about mindgame but you could try hitting yourself when you think about it or catch yourself doing it.
