Small amounts of fiber glass, would make the shedding a bit worse short term, but actually keeps it from shredding due to fiber glass having an extra carbon group from sand. Sand is used by cultures who actually would rub retinoid containing compounds on there skin and use sand to mitigate the shedding, fiber glass is basically sand, but an extra carbon group and in a solid form. The carbon group is what makes sand so effect at skin shedding, but it'd take months for real results, best use would just be using fiber glass. To much will hurt you though, ofc, thats why people say its dumb but literally ask anyone "have u used fiber glass" and theyll say no. I know friends who played in it. Its only dangerous long term.
