From urself use leave in conditioner to remove the smell from ur hair, instead of just smelling like sumthin else it actually removes it, wash your hands n face thoroughly, throw on sum cologne n try n keep it off ur clothes when u smokin n u should be good. Hand creams are also helpful if u smokin Js or blunts
For rooms use a deodor spray for cars, if u gon smoke inside id recommend a bathroom, turn the shower on hot n blow the smoke up the vent wit the steam. If u got a humidifier or anythin that make rooms smell nice use that too ofc. Keep any za smellin shit with a bunch of green tea bags they absorb smells
