How to stop subaceous filaments

My nose has really bad subaceous filaments and ive tried everything to make them not visible, so the only way i can see is accutane.
But i dont have acne so theres probably no way i would get a prescription for accutane.

I have tried retinol, salicylic acid, jojoba oil, moisturizer literally everything and if anything they look even worse

dutasteride helped me a ton with this personally, I just produce less sebum overall as well

How did you get a prescription for dutasteride and not put on fin? Do you have bad side effects?

Telehealth clinics, they put me on fin for a few months, i told them I was still receeding (i wasnt, I just needed dut before roiding lol), and they swapped me over to dutasteride

Interesting so is dut needed for roids because fin wont be enough?

It blocks the type 1 5AR isoenzyme which is found in the skin, finasteride doesnt touch that. Youre skin wont be as oily and acne prone using dutasteride on a test cycle.

Dutasteride also reduces much more serum DHT then finasteride, if youre running supraphysiological test doses, you need to crush DHT as much as possible for the sake of preserving your hair and skin.

If youre using a DHT derivative, dutasteride wont work btw, as steroids like primo and masteron are already 5 alpha reduced, dutasteride will only protect you from testosterone.
