How to Stop the terrible nausea from reta

I've been losing a lot of weight because of it (obviously I can't eat). I might stop taking it, not gonna lie it's so bad. I'm on 4 mg. When I stupidly bumped from 2 mg to 4 mg, I felt terrible, and now I'm on my third 4 mg dose and I still don't feel good at all, I'm constantly on the threshold of vomiting.
Been on reta for like 5 weeks

lower dose, don't bump dose by a crazy amount.

why are you still taking 4mg if it makes you feel like shit, lower the fucking dose
