How to stop tinnitus?

It sucks. I probably got it from long use of earpods. Not even loud but long. Sometimes it subsides. Probably a virus right now so I've been struggling for half a year. I take 2000mg taurine and I guess my ears do itch a bit after it. Should signal healing.

Dairy worsens it a lot. Stress also.

Anybody knows how to prevent or heal it? It's the one thing pushing me to rope. If I fix this I can deal with all the other problems so help is much appreciated

Look up that one story about the kid who had raging tinnitus and wouldn’t stop crying and he found some massage to do on his head and finally cured it and he shut the fuck up
