I cant fell positive idk if you understand
Therapy might be cope tried when I was 8 and didnt help me

Also I wont want other people to know about my urges

Also I have some pills but not enough for a month suplly(thats when they start to work)
I took like double the normal dose and didn’t feel nothing

And buying antidepressants would make me go broke=>sadder
