How to stop white hairs from growing?

My mom is getting white hair and she asks me to pluck it very often, it's starting to annoy me sometimes and she doesn't wanna dye it for some reason, is there a way to stop/prevent white hairs?

Cortisol (unironically) and stress can make it worse so tell her to be aware of that. Also just tell her to dye her hair black, my mother does that too
