How to supplement for GH boosts

Throughout the day supplement around 15-30 g of L- Arginine. L- Arginine works by inhibiting the release of somatostatin from the hypothalamus. This reduces the brake on the pituitary, allowing it to release more HGH. In other words it inhibits the inhibitor creating a short action gh spike. This action can usually increase resting GH by about 200% when it spikes, comparing it to CJC 1295 No DAC with Ipamorelin it is not much(CJC 1295 No DAC with Ipamorelin boosts it from about 200% to as high as 100% ). However for the people who wont pin then its a good alternative.

First of all
as the meta-analysis you cited in the thread (Goli et al., 2022) notes,arginine does increase GH secretion but the rise is super mega short-lived and not nearly as powerful or sustained as pharmaceutical GH secretagogues (like CJC-1295 or ipamorelin that everyone knows).The “200% increase” sounds kinda impressive ngl but baseline GH levels are pulsatile and generally low so the absolute increase is modest and kinda mid.

second of all
taking 15-30mg of L-arginine DAILY is kinda high
—>leads to bad diarrhea and other bad stuff like stomach pain
your stomach will be in PAIN after this.

Yeah they basically see e.g. "500% GH increase after sprinting" and assume it's referring to stable serum concentrations of GH, meanwhile it's pulsatile. Nothing to add here besides supplementing a few IU's of GH will always be the best solution in most cases.

From feedback i heard. No this does not work you cannot rely on l arginine alone to increase your gh however this can help. It is insignificant to gh peptides and hgh. this is for people who want to stay natty(stupid).

Im taking 15 grams throughout my day. My poo kinda smells bad but im not in pain.
 
But it would atleast help right? If somebody isn’t pinning
