I am a gymcell for the past few years, but did not have access to a gym for 80% of my journey until i started college and joined one. I was dishing out 400KG leg presses and 180KG squats without proper bracing which irritated my lower back, alongside my right elbow flexor which has been hurting when performing pull excercises due to doing +10KG one armed pull-ups with too much frequency. Back hurts a bit after explosive movements and extreme spinal flexion downwards, and i have stopped doing spine pressuring excercises. I would prefer to solve this naturally, but if my gymcell ass is doomed what do i do? I heard there are some peptides for bone and muscle recovery. Any info or reccommendation would help.
