For context my dumbass took 1g dnp by accident but i still survived because im dumb.

Ok, so you just swalled wayyy to much dnp? Maybe you wanted to rope and you got other thoughts or you just did it by accident like me. Either way you're gonna be fucked if you just lay in bed or go to sleep, im talking dead meat.

Dnp warms your body temp up, its basically a self induced fever and you DO NOT want it to take your life.
Luckily it is very cold rn so i could just go outside for a prolonged time, it was also late at night so i fucked my sleep schedule. If its not that cold where you live, you can always take cold showers or use ice cubes where you're the hottest, you basically just gotta try to cool down your body temp as much as possible.
