I used to be like that so i could relate to you to an extent.

It's okay to cry so just cry it out if you really need to. And if anyone make fun of you just ignore them but i think it might be hard for you to ignore because you're sensitive like you mentioned ( you might be tempted to talk back ). but try. just turn away and walk away. If phones are allowed, you can listen to music or a goofy ass podcast so at least you're focused on something.

For the socializing part it just takes time. you can start small like saying "Hi" or give a small compliment.

Being sensitive is normal ig. I think everyone has something about themselves that they're sensitive about. but what worked for me was just giving less of a shit. Try not to take things too serious depending on the "thing" ykwim? Just relax.

I don't know how you're feeling rn. but if you think you can't take it anymore, please reach out to someone.
