Day 4 of no stimulant adhd meds, worst day since the break, im peak tired, sleepy and unmotivated now, actually not depressed at all but just very relaxed and ldar oriented, just want to lay down, talk with friendos and chill.

When does the tired sleepy cucked feeling go away tho? Kinda know the answer already, did a 18 day break once, and by the end i felt 80% like before doing stims, but not 100%, so it sounds like 30 days should do it

If you have done it for 1 month straight or more then quitting is going to be giga ldar, you will just ldar and sleep 10 hours or more on average for 10-20 days

I generally felt shitty and anxious. I was also using other drugs a lot over that period which didnt help.
