Just makeupmax and then turn the phone around to avoid lens distortion and take the Pic in natural lighting of possible with a little sunlight and look in the camera slightly up

don use 1x wide-angle front camera close to your face. shit distorts your midface and makes ur nose look hella big. Step back and use two x or 3x from a distance to flatten facial features and show actual bone width. a single source top or side lighting casts shadows under your cheekbones and jawline, giving the illusion of hollow cheeks and a sharper lower third. hold the camera slightly above eye level and tilt your chin slightly down or forward for submental tightness also squint

If you have a wide skull / narrow ESR you will look best with slight lens distortion (hold camera arms reach away).

Ideal posture is eye level to camera, with head tilted slightly downwards (close to neutral head tilt). This will make your upper eyelid exposure less visible and your eyes/lips will appear more upturned.

If your mouth is slightly narrow or downturned hold a half-smile.

Make sure your frontalis muscle is fully relaxed, this makes your eyes appear more hooded and eyebrows lower set (also make sure your eyes are fully open).
