How to take good pictures for Tinder alone?

Basically I have no social life currently and I was always the assburger that never wanted to have pictures taken.

I'm thinking about ordering a tripod and just going out in nature and snapping a few pictures of myself?
It would have to be a place with good lighting and no people around because I would die of cringe if someone saw me whipping out my tripod and taking pictures of myself like a narcy faggot.

Girls don't care that much about background. Just take a face selfie and a body mirror pic, if you're not hot enough to pull this off you'll not succeed on tinder no matter what.

selfies aren't really a good idea for men since they distort your appearance. Sure, if you're good looking you'll get matches and dates, but it's still a failo.
Not to mention it's much harder to take a good selfie than it is to just have a picture taken of you from a few metres away.

yeah, for sure. But I still think I can take good pictures by myself with a tripod.
