How to take NA Semax, NA Selank, Dihexa properly?

Got NA Semax, NA Selank, Dihexa from WWB few days ago, how should i take it?

For now i took the vials of NA Semax and NA Selank, added there 1ml of bac water in each vial and pour it over in the nasal spray bottle, did one shot in each nostril, that's all

Didn't take dihexa yet, it came in tablets 20mg x 25 tablets.

Each NA semax and NA selank are 10mg
