How to take tamoxifen during a testosterone cycle?

I will use 400 mg of testosterone enanthate weekly for 4 months, and I have 100 tablets of tamoxifen, 20 mg each. How should I take it to prevent gynecomastia during the cycle? I don’t have an AI, and I won’t be doing blood tests during the cycle. How could I tell through symptoms that estrogen is high, and in which week should I start using tamoxifen? Or should I use it from the first week, and at what dose?
I also don’t want to use too much tamoxifen because I’ve heard about the side effects, so using the minimum effective amount would be ideal.

start using it when you start feeling the sides from E2 like:
sensitivity on nipples, bloat, more emotional & etc
minimum dosage is 20
