How to talk to girls?

im geunently so confused how can ppl confidently talk to girls even if they are under Ltn. Always when im talking to girls i feel like they are judging me but not saying anything. So is there any advice to get more confident?

after posting this i finaly got into a talking stage with a mtb girl while im Lmtn cuz of my hight and frame so id say im lucky
