How to talk to people?

I Dont have enough confidence to talk to people. My looks have Solidly improved, but i dont have the confidence to say what i wanna say when i was ugly (still is). eventually making me dont have the interest to talk to people.
I have look for a stack to making lower inhibition in botb thread for a while, and modafinil, psychedelics,nardil lyrica and vorinostat is the one it suggest,but its from few years ago, are there any updated stuff that better than that? or just give me tips to be not introverted

its not that i scared to talk to people like "shy" thing, it have been too long for me to not having social life to the point i dont have the interest and cant generate the topic to talk to, and i want to have that

i do talk to more people lately, thats why im concerned about this now. but the awkward silent moment always make me regret things after the conversation ends

It’s not the best advice but it worked for me
You kinda have to hate the person you’re talking to
But not like fully hate them just think that they’re stupid or something
It really makes you feel like you can do anything because who cares what an idiot thinks right?
When you love and admire someone you put them up on a pedastool and are scared to make any mistake around them and you want to please them
But if you think someone is an idiot then you don’t care what they think of you and you can legit just do whatever you want to them
It’s like if you talk to a fat ltb you don’t get nervous but you do get nervous IF you talk to a Stacy
It works for me whenever I talk to a normie
