Someone asked me about this so ill paste it here.
This advice is meant to be applicable even if you are a boring ass nigga and have nothing interesting about you.
Talking to a foid is the same as talking to a regular person. I usually talk about whatever we have in common or can be observed by both of us. Example of making an observation, your at a store with a foid, and then you observe a perfume, start just yapping abt your opinions on the bottle, ask her what she thinks of it, literally just be curious and dont take things seriously. People dont remember what u say , they just remember the feeling that u give them. All u gotta do is create a playful, chill, comfortable environment. You dont have to say the perfect words. People who are charismatic do not think about what to say next, sure they might filter slightly, but the moment you start thinking about “how can i impress this person”, you immediately lose your charm. Trust me when i say people can feel needy energy. Alot of being able to talk to girls is just trying to solve a surface level issue when you really have a deeper issue: self confidence, self worth. It sounds like cope, but showing desperation is the least attractive thing you can do. When you simply let yourself be playful, treat interactions as if you are amusing yourself, that alone is more charismatic than anyone who is trying too hard to be. And most importantly be outcome independent. Meaning if you go into a interaction with the expectation or hope it will lead to a certain outcome, like sex, then you are cooked my nigga.
