Talking with foids on Partys that you just met is fucking easy but i advise to be somewhere near a drunken stage if you usally have problems.
You should hope they come up to you , but if not just go up to another person you know talking to them and just try to infeltrate theire circle which is usally pretty easy if the people are drinking try to stand next to the foid you want and you friend and engage in a normal conversation with her ,just ask for her name,age where she is from.etc and after a while ask her to go get a drink with you.If she says no than look for another foid if yes go get a drink and pay for her .
look for a non crowded place like a couch or even the stairs (doesent matter as long as you can put your arm around her shoulders which is rlly important) and sit down with her
The Important thing is to not keep finding new topics to talk abt but rather find out whats rlly interesting to her and just act like yo gaf abt the topic
Once she starts talking just act like you listen and start asking random shit you dgaf abt ...like foid idgaf abt your favorite thing abt tennis or what your friend group does.
before putting your arm around her ask her something quietly so she cant rlly hear it and if she leans closer break the touch barrier by putting your arms around and talking into her ear.
From there on you can do what you like depending if you want to engage in a realeationship or just want to slay or make out
