if your skin has a cool undertone you can start taking beta carotene to give a more orange hue, but DO NOT go overboard you will look stupid (also your palms and feet will turn orange by the time it makes a noticeable change, mine turned quickly when i did it) and MT1 can help you get a tan with LESS sun exposure than MT2 but it will still need a little bit, and it'll take longer to work
