14, its weird i look tanned inside but then pale and my skin looks bad when i go outside, maybe because its grey outside alot but idk

Good diet + sun exposure (non negotiable), self tan or melanotan 1 if youre a fraud. Also looking weird outside could just be lighting changes sometimes its imperfect yk dont stress abt it
