How to target the lower portion of the masseter muscle?

currently chewing on my left side to make my face more symmetrical but I want to avoid the bloated look and target the lower portion of the masseter muscle, anyone know any specific techniques to target that area?

Pray to Gandy? IDK, I've heard people say some stuff about chewing with the incisors instead of the molars and visa versa, but I'm pretty sure it's all going to come down to insertion genetics. It's not like the masseters are large muscles or a muscle group.

the masseter is one muscle with fibers running in the same direction so u cant target the "lower masseter" separately

chewing without touching teeth targets the masseters the most without activating temporalis as much
