So lets guess your parents dont want you to take an xray cuz is too expensive is not worth,etc.
One of the most accurate ways I have found when you start puberty,when did you had your growth spurt ,etc. Cuz there is a maximum ceiling for every type of bloomers:
early bloomer-25 cm
normal bloomers-30-31 cm
late bloomer-32-35 cm
And the one's with tall relatives and parents-35-40 cm
