How to tell hyoid if fatcel?

So if we take a look at this picture for example:

So I am 5'10 and 195 lbs with no muscle, so fatcel af. Even being this much of a fatcel, if my hyoid was high up, would I still be having the same submental region as number 1 and 2 in these photos? Or is what my submental region is right now, the result of having a low hyoid, and it wont matter even when I am no longer fatcel?

Notice how there is zero submental fat. This is ideal.
