Hi , im short my frame is not narrow compared to my hips , 16inch/13inch , but ppl still see me as a skinny mf unless i take off my clothes , u think my frame just didnt finish developpement (im a very late bloomer got puberty at 15-16 and im 19) Heard frame can develop until mid 20s, thank u.
