My jaw isnt really visible and idk if im recessed or if its because of a bad hyoid. If so, Is there any way to raise the hyoid that isnt cope?

looks fine already however since tongue posture seems to make it better, you can try to subconsciously have your tongue in the correct place and you should be good

Hi m8 I also have a bad side profile because of my hyoid. I think a recessed mandible causes that. My question is how do you hard mew or do normal mew? I also am trying to find out which mewing posture is the real one.
