i needa know if my anastrozole is real, what are the best ways to check if its real, i mean i did experience some side effects, and joint pain but idk if the joint pain was caused by the anastrozole

joke aside only way to check is lab testing, janoshik will do it for a couple hundred or maybe you can send it to finnrick for free but it takes a while

Blood work?? And if you dont want to get bw you can take ai for 4 weeks, write down what side effects you might feel then stop 2 weeks and if the side effects dont continue its real
