First of alli yes microplastics hurt ur test (not "just trust me bro") there's studies. It may not hurt like once in a while but overtime it will kill ur test and you will get limp pp Imao.


Experts in this how can you tell what's good to use? (Cups, lunch containers, plastic utensils, bottles, etc)

You probably can't unless you do something like swish around water in a plastic container and look at the water under a microscope for particles. Just minimize your chances of ingesting microplastics. Glass tupperware and cups, ceramic plates and bowls, stainless steel or cast iron pots and pans, metal or glass water bottles. Get clothes, blankets, sheets, etc that are made of natural fibers and not polyester.
