Go to a therapist and explain your symptoms to them, they are able to recommend you to a psychiatrist who can then diagnose you.
If you do not have access to these resources you can research further about symptoms you have. If you believe you have do not say “I have ex” but instead say “I’m experiencing symptoms of ex and think I might have it.”

A good way to tell is go to a public setting and if u can’t start a convo with anyone and just sit there like a shy loser your ND. Or when u talk to girls u speak aspie and look at the ground your ND.
