how to tell if you have ptosis in both eyelids or just naturally narrow / slanty eyes with lack of hooding?

where should the upper eyelid rest in comparison to the pupil? also droopiness seems to be exacerbated in 3/4 and side profile but not really noticeable in front

or could it be lack of hooding in my upper eyelids? what could be the most likely cause?
