I might have my mandible repositioned so my lower jaw has more advancement, although it's going to approach uncanny territory.

There are many cases of people getting anterior downgraft to make the maxilla longer as it is simply too short. You can check this by lack of teeth show when you smile. There are many before and afters that Raffaini/Alfaro and other surgeons post that show the difference.
