Using 1RM:
Bench = 1.25 × bodyweight
Squat = 1.5 × bodyweight
DeadL = 2 × bodyweight

All 3 must be checked

I can do all bar bench, my bench is atrocious.
I can squat 2x my bodyweight and a bit.
