Castor oil + coconut oil three times a week.

I take biotin supplements each day, use less shampoo than conditioner, and I installed a water softener to my shower head which makes washing my hair so much easier. Once I finish growing it out in gonna perm it to be straighter.

Don't use shampoo at all. Just wash it with water but spend longer than usual so that you wash it properly.

I used to have a salt spray that I would use on my hair and it worked pretty good I guess. So this is probably legit, helps that I'm floridamaxxed
